Reports

The BoolCare Reports section gives you resident-level and organisation-wide views of care data. You can view nutritional trends, body map histories, daily note summaries, and aggregated custom form submissions.


Opening reports

Click Reports in the sidebar to see the reports hub. It lists the available report types — built-in reports and any custom form reports your organisation has set up.

MUST trends

The MUST report shows a resident's nutritional risk scores over time, visualised as a line chart.

How to view

  1. Click MUST Trends in the reports hub.
  2. Select a resident using the search field.
  3. The chart renders automatically.

The chart shows each MUST assessment date and total score. You can see at a glance whether a resident's nutritional risk is improving, stable, or deteriorating.


Body map reports

The body map report shows all recorded body map submissions for a resident in chronological order, including the annotated diagrams and marker descriptions.

How to view

  1. Click Body Maps in the reports hub.
  2. Select a resident.
  3. Scroll through the timeline of submissions.

This is useful for monitoring skin integrity and wound healing over time.


Daily notes reports

The daily notes report summarises all recorded observations for a resident within a date range.

How to view

  1. Click Daily Notes in the reports hub.
  2. Select a resident.
  3. Optionally filter by date range.

Custom form reports

Any custom form that includes a resident picker field can generate a per-resident submission report.

How to view

  1. Click the form's name in the reports hub.
  2. Select a resident to filter to their submissions only, or view all submissions across the organisation.

Exporting and sharing reports

You can share any report by using the AI assistant to generate a PDF version and email it to yourself.

Example: "Create a PDF of John's MUST assessment history and email it to me"
